Orthopedic Myths and How to Bust Them
The 33rd Annual Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Update will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 8:00am - 12:30pm as an in-person event hosted at the Slocum Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Eugene, Oregon. No remote/webinar attendance will be offered.
Primary care providers and allied health professionals are encouraged to attend. We are pleased to offer our annual continuing education course in joint providership with PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center.

At the conclusion of this conference, participants will be able to:
Dissect and debunk common myths in orthopedic diagnostics, treatments, and aftercare.
Acquire or refine skills in performing musculoskeletal exams of the upper and lower extremities.
Understand when to refer to orthopedics, order imaging, and how to help manage patient expectations.
Collaborate interprofessionally for best patient outcomes by reducing delays or barriers to patients receiving timely and accurate medical care.

Cost of Attendance: The cost of attendance is $100 for MD/DO/DPM/NP/PA and $85 for PT/OT/ATC/RN/Other. Early bird discounts in October.
